What do you love about nursing?

I love Nursing because I find fulfillment in making a positive impact on patient’s lives. The ability to provide compassionate care and make a difference brings me immense joy and satisfaction.

What makes travel nursing rewarding for you?

Travel nursing is incredibly rewarding for me because, It allows me to explore new places, embrace diverse cultures, and work alongside talented healthcare professionals from different backgrounds. The variety of experiences gained through travel nursing has broadened my perspective and enriched my nursing practice.

Tell me about a time when you felt more valuable/respected because of the experience and knowledge you gained from your Fastaff assignment.

One particular Fastaff assignment stands out for me was when I had a patient that was receiving heparin infusion, and because of my experience I was able to notify the provider of critical signs and that the patient was experiencing and it made a big difference in the patient’s outcome, so by successfully handling that challenging situation, I gained valuable experience and felt a heightened sense of worth and respect as a nurse. The knowledge that I’m acquiring during this assignment is undoubtedly making me a more confident and competent healthcare professional.

What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterward?

Even though, this is my first Fastaff assignment the challenges that I have faced thus far has very little to no impact on my worth as a nurse, because I believe that overcoming them has only strengthened my worth as a nurse. Each assignment has presented opportunities for growth and learning, reminding me of the incredible resilience and adaptability nurses possess.

Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you’ve witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.

During my time as a Fastaff nurse, I have witnessed a few moments that were miraculous, but one that stands out to me was, during an hour-long code and we were approaching the final few seconds before calling it, the patient regained the return of spontaneous circulation ( ROSC). With that said I was happy to be a part of that impressive healthcare interventions. These experiences have reinforced my passion for nursing and serve as a constant reminder of the impact we can have on patients' lives.

How have you accomplished some of your personal and professional goals by traveling with Fastaff?

Traveling with Fastaff has allowed me to achieve both personal and professional goals. They have expanded my clinical knowledge, developed strong leadership skills, and built lasting connections with colleagues across the country. Fastaff has been instrumental in my growth as a nurse.
