Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 states

OR Tech Job Description
An operating room tech is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment before, during and after surgical procedures. This job involves preparing all of the instruments and supplies that will be used during the procedure. By observing the surgery and providing the operating physicians with the correct tools at the right time, they can ensure the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
