What do you love about being an OR Tech?

I as a professional ST, dedicate my life in the medical field environment to give the best care of every single of my patients in the OR. Giving the best professional skills with the extensive experience in assisting surgeons, staff and management.

I am friendly, loyal, and clearly dedicated individuals who has the ambition to succeed in any given environmental.

The opportunity I have to interact in different cultures diversity around the USA, making me to grow more as a professional, respectful with my knowledgeable skills. What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterward?

Keeping my professionalism, focus on my patients care with the best outcome result. Every single experience gives me the knowledge to interact with others and understand different point of views and learn to be a better coworker, confident with myself, and competent.
